They have a great book if you study that it is well written. After I finished my class I passed my exam with psi the first time.
I had a great experience with the Academy and the instructor, Kent. I found the instruction to be engaging and enjoyable. Learning what has the reputation of being grueling was easier to retain due to the instructors technique. Academy is a very professional site and their staff is knowledgeable, yet down to earth and helpful.
This was a great experience. I chose the 4 hour evening classes for Property Management because of my schedule and it was broken up well. Our instructor has been in Real Estate in SC for decades and was a wealth of knowledge. Reviews are easy to follow. I plan to attend the 7 hour course soon to get my Property Manager In Charge certificate. I highly recommend the Academy for your Real Estate education.
I had a wonderful experience. Van Harden is an awesome professor, and I was lucky enough to have him for both Pre-Licensing & Advanced Principles. He goes over the material in depth to prepare you and gives real world examples because he's been doing it for so long. Our coworker also used Fortune for continuing education (with different professors) and had a great experience too. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I attended a course taught by Kent and felt he was very knowledgeable! He shared real examples and took our questions in stride! He was able to share more information than just what we needed to know to pass the exam! He is a wonderful asset to the Academy!
The Management class is great!! Very informative. My instructor, Ray is very knowledgeable and answers any questions the class has. Umar always answers my questions quickly and is very helpful!! Thank You for offering this class online!! This is extremely convenient. I appreciate you all!!
