Fortune Academy Privacy Policy

Fortune Academy of Real Estate (FA) is approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission to offer a variety of education programs. FA’s mission is to provide high-quality courses to real estate licensees in support of state-mandated education programs for licensure and ongoing professional competency

ADMISSION: Students enrolling in South Carolina Real Estate classes must be 18 years of age and must be a high school graduate or the recipient of a certificate of equivalency (GED). Your registration is contingent upon verification, valid payment, and confirmation of no other past or outstanding debts or restrictions.

GRADING: The test grading for the First Year Sales and Broker B exam is based on a multiple-choice assessment on general Real Estate information, along with a multiple-choice exam based on South Carolina state laws. The Property Management Course test consists of one exam with multiple-choice questions. On each portion of the exam, 75% mastery is required to pass the exam. Should you fail any class exam, only one exam retake shall be allowed at no charge. If you fail the retake exam, you will be required to take the class again. All class grades include evaluation on student’s 100% class participation. FA may offer courses to which these grading rules may not apply.

TUITION: Tuition can be paid by check, money order, credit card, or cash and is due at the time of registration.
