In order to pass the Maine real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 75%. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.
While the majority of students pass their real estate exam, a passing score isn't guaranteed. In some states, up to 25% of students have to retake the test in order to pass. You cannot take the Maine real estate exam online. All students must travel to a testing location where they will be monitored for the duration of the test.
