In order to pass the Illinois real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 75%. Passing the exam is much easier (and less stressful) for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.
While the majority of students pass their real estate exam, a passing score isn't guaranteed. In Illinois, about 33% of students have to retake the test in order to pass. The best way to alleviate your nerves and pass the test is to work hard and prepare as much as possible.
The Illinois real estate exam must be taken at an approved testing facility. There are 30 approved PSI testing facilities all across Illinois. Visit the GoAmp website to find the location nearest you.

You cannot take the Illinois real estate exam online. Students need to go to an approved PSI testing to be monitored throughout the test.
Most students receive their results shortly after taking the exam, ranging from the same day to within a week.
Illinois students can take the real estate exam a total of four times. If you pass either the National or State portion of the exam, you won't need to retake that part; you'll only need to re-do the portion you didn't pass.
