I had a great experience with the Academy and the instructor, Kent. I found the instruction to be engaging and enjoyable. Learning what has the reputation of being grueling was easier to retain due to the instructors technique. Academy is a very professional site and their staff is knowledgeable, yet down to earth and helpful.
This was a great experience. I chose the 4 hour evening classes for Property Management because of my schedule and it was broken up well. Our instructor has been in Real Estate in SC for decades and was a wealth of knowledge. Reviews are easy to follow. I had a wonderful experience. Van Harden is an awesome professor, and I was lucky enough to have him for both Pre-Licensing & Advanced Principles. He goes over the material in depth to prepare you and gives real world examples because he's been doing it for so long. Our coworker also used Fortune for continuing education (with different professors) and had a great experience too. I would recommend this company to anyone.
